National Vitiligo Bond Inc., Foundation aka Vitiligo Bond is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. The organization hosts its annual makeover event for overcomers living and accepting vitiligo. Members of the organization were paired with make-up artist that did their make-up. Women were then styled by Macy’s stylist to show case new summer fashion collection. Women and youth then did a fashion show to show off their courage and summer fashion line for Macy’s. Guest who attended the event got treated to giveaways, light refreshments and tastings of the famous sweet potato pie from Beloved Sweets. Georgia state mental health counselors who know of our organization are happy to know that we exist and that we are here as a source of inspiration and bridging the gap. Natasha Pierre McCarthy, founded Vitiligo Bond November 2010. Every year, she and her community partners are always excited to come together to give her members love, connection, positive exposure and expression.
