We wanted to say thank you as we kick-off our (#GAGivesDay on #GivingTuesday) first annual 5K Vitiligo Toucan Fun Walk/Run.
We are so grateful this year for our super advocates like Perry (Vitiligo Man of Action) Nicklya (KKutieStar), Tionta, Monyuette (VitChick), Justin(Grindpreneur) Oscar(Differ), Que, Vitiligo Queen, Nicole, Jamillia, Fanie, Maime, Jackie, Parentha, Jhori, Christina, Karl (CoachDunbar), Tammi (VitiligoBirthdayCheer), Charles, Tiffanie (#IAmGreat), Diane, Rochelle, Mira, Tiffanie J, Dee, Naveah, Brandie, Kurtis, Emily, Bianca, and so many others who hangout with us online, behind the scene, or at local events.
We are thankful for our board members, medical advisors, partners and sponsors who help make our movement possible. God knows we cannot do this without you.
We are especially thankful for the milestone that was made this year (March 2017) by our Georgia Congressman Hank Johnson. Congressman Johnson introduced Bill 213 for National Vitiligo Awareness Day that addresses the bullying, low-self esteem and suicides as a result of vitiligo. Bill 213 was endorsed by National Vitiligo Bond Inc Foundation and American Vitiligo Research Foundation. In addition, we support Stella Pavlides, president of www.avrf.org for continuing to raise funds towards research for vitiligo. We continue to thank God and give God all the glory for everything.
Thank you again for supporting us!
